What is the Healthcare Hotline?
The Health Care Hotline is a resource provided by the University of Texas Medical Branch. Health Care Hotline is staffed by licensed registered nurses, 24-hours a day. They are trained to help you answer your health related questions, and advise you on any medical action that you might need to take.

Ask Nurse Lucy
“Ask Nurse Lucy” is a specialized email service that you can use to request specific health care information from Nurse Lucy and her nursing staff at the UTMB Healthcare Hotline. In addition to answering general questions about health care, Nurse Lucy and her staff can refer persons with medical problems to an appropriate health care provider.
