Appointments & Services
Call (409) 938-2234 during clinic hours to schedule all appointments with
a 4Cs Clinic. Keep in mind that an appointment for routine medical care may not be available for up to 4 weeks.
A limited number of appointments are available for same-day care. Such appointments can only be made for patients
who are already registered with the 4Cs Clinics. Same-day care is only for an urgent medical problem, and only that
problem will be addressed during the clinic visit.
The 4Cs Clinics do not provide emergency care. Call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room for a medical emergency.
Visit the Galveston County Health District Web Site for a description of the health services provided by the 4Cs Medical Clinics.
