Galveston County 4 Cs Pharmacy Clinic

The Galveston County 4C's clinic has a pharmacy. This pharmacy ONLY fills prescriptions written by 4C's health care providers. Take your prescription to a 4C's clinic to have it filled.

The 4C's clinic has on-site Medicaid workers who help with prescription applications. The Clinic also manages application and registration for the Galveston County Indigent Health Care program.
