Prescription Refill for Mental Health
The 4C's Clinic is unable to fill or refill prescriptions for mental health medications.
- Patients of the Gulf Coast Center (GCC) need to contact the Center to see if they can obtain their refill from the GCC or from a local pharmacy that works with the GCC.
- The Gulf Coast Center also provides assistance with locating resources to help cover the costs of prescribed medications (including help with applying to Manufacture's Assistance Programs where the drug manufacturer helps with the cost of the drug).
- If you are not currently a Gulf Coast Center patient, or if you need to contact the GCC there are two locations in Galveston County:

Other programs are also available to provide payment assistance for prescriptions. The Jesse Tree has information about medication assistance programs (programs where the manufacturer of the medicine will help with the drug cost) and will provide help with the application process.
