Get a Prescription
If you need medication and you don't have a prescription you will need to make an appointment with a health care provider to obtain a prescription. The 4Cs Clinics provide health services for Galveston County residents. You will need to make an appointment at a 4Cs Clinic to receive a prescription.
If you have been prescribed medication from another medical provider but you do not have that prescription with you, you need to contact that provider to obtain a new copy of your prescription.
